Collection & Shipping


All items must be collected and paid for within a week of the auction. If this does not occur you may be subject to storage charges. If you cannot collect yourself then we do offer a limited on-site packaging and shipping service for small/non fragile items only or we can recommend couriers to you.

We recommend that you contact us BEFORE the auction to ascertain that we can ship your lot to you.

We have a limited service for small and non-fragile items but are happy to recommend couriers (see list below) for items we cannot ship ourselves.

Please note that we do not ship fragile items (includes pictures with glass in them), large/heavy items (over 10kg), furniture, items worth more than £2,500 within UK or £250 abroad or firearms/air pistols/antique guns.

We will no longer send anything considered a weapon through the post e.g. guns and knives.

We only offer a very limited service for shipping abroad and will not send any items abroad that may be restricted by customs such as items made of ivory, tortoiseshell, furs, firearms, combat knives, bone, sharp objects etc.

We may be willing to pack firearms or restricted items for a small charge if the client arranges a courier, depending on the size of the item.

Minimum charge is £10 (postage and packing) within the UK.

It may take up to 2 weeks for your item to reach you once a postage quote is obtained as we are a very small company, if you need something sooner than this let us know and we should be able to accomodate you.
