Collections

We kindly request that all buyers collect their purchases within 7 days from the date of the auction. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12 noon.

If you are arranging for a courier to collect items on your behalf, please ensure they are provided with accurate details about the items.

For Saturday collections, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure your order is prepared for collection. Please note that if a Saturday falls within a bank holiday weekend, our premises will be closed.

If you encounter any difficulties in collecting your items within the 7-day timeframe, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible.

After the 7-day period from the sale has elapsed, storage charges will apply, starting at a minimum of £10 per day.

In-house Shipping

We offer in-house shipping on items such as Jewellery, books, blankets, toys, stamps and other small non-fragile items. Shipping items within the UK up to the value of £2500. 

For international shipping, we offer services exclusively for small non-fragile items valued up to £250. Please note that we cannot send items that may be restricted by customs.

Please be aware that we do not ship fragile items such as china tea sets, glassware, figurines, or framed and glazed pictures. We recommend Mailbox for these.

If your items fall under the category of weapons, such as knives, firearms, air pistols, or antique guns, you will need to arrange for a courier to collect them if you are unable to collect them in person.

If you are unsure if we are are able to ship your item(s), we recommend requesting a quote before the auction to ensure suitability.

The minimum postage charge is £12, which covers basic postage and packaging fees. 

We strive to dispatch your items within 5 days of the auction. However, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks from the time you obtain a quote.

If you require your item to be delivered by a specific date, please contact our office, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
