19th century Spode blue and white transfer printed footed and lidded tureen continuously decorated with 'Citadel Near Corinth' pattern, having mask handles and acorn knop to cover. Impressed and printed marks to base, bearing Audrey White Collection label. Width overall 29cm approximately.

Consigned from a large home counties of England estate collection. Cover is very grubby and discoloured with surface wear. Small inner rim chip and another fit. Body had heavy crazing to the interior but showing no other obvious damage.
