Taxidermy-Roland Ward, a cased specimen peregrine falcon (Falco Peregrines) perched upon a rocky stump in corner shaped glazed case. Bears internal tab 'Bleanavon, December 1916' and label for The Gallery of Natural History and Artistic Treatment', 'Roland Ward Ltd ,Piccadilly' verso. Case overall 58.5cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT)
Some minor damage to taping of the glazed angles of the case, the specimen itself appearing in very good condition, possibly a little pale in colouring. The bird is cased, so not able to photograph the back, two additional photos added.
