Unusual 19th century Naval wooden hand painted powder/cannon bin, of octagonal form with rope twist mount and handles. Marked 'V R H.M.S. Durham, Deck No. 3, 1871' with coat of arms. 38cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT)
The bucket is wood as per description. Vendor believed it to be from original ship. Obvious used rustic condition. Some minor paint loss but structurally sound, handles intact.
