Valuation for potential sale
Pre-auction advice and valuation is FREE. Items can be appraised in our offices on our weekly valuation day which is held every Friday between 10am and 4pm. Alternatively you can ring and make an appointment during our ordinary office hours but this is subject to valuer availability.
Home visits can be arranged for larger consignments throughout Wales by appointment. There is no fee for this type of verbal advice but travelling expenses may apply dependant on distance.
Peter Francis employ a team of professionally qualified valuers who are able to offer a range of different valuation services from our Salerooms in Carmarthen and across Wales. Ranging in experience and specialist areas most have worked in the business for many years, and, with our similarly experienced Consultants, we are able to cover most subjects.
Valuation for Inheritance Tax + Probate
A fee for these valuations may apply. Probate valuations are prepared in accordance with HMRC IHT 200, Customs & Excise forms. Based on Fair Market Values. Please ring for details and a quotation.
Fees are charged for preparing detailed valuations which are acceptable to all major Insurance Companies. Photography and detailed descriptions are part of this service. Please ring for more details and a no obligation quotation
Family Division, Capital Gains Tax + Insurance
Written valuations may be prepared for Division purposes, Divorce, Insurance and Taxation purposes and scale fees will apply. Estimated costs will be agreed in advance. Quotations are free and bear no obligation.
